    Great post and coming from someone that has had a round dining table for 15 years I am DONE DONE DONE! You can’t do anything cool down the middle in terms of decorating and tablescapes, there is nothing you can do but plop something in the middle of the table!! I have coveted all these rectangular dining tables for years because of the endless ways you can decorate them for dinner parties, special occasions,etc. So I vote Nay!!

    I couldn’t agree more. This is indeed an excellent article! However, the round table photos are even better and my favorite designs are the glass topped models. It would certainly be a delight to furnish my living room with one of those!
