Hi Kimberly, What a great topic! As a Designer/Decorator I always like to include the Husband, and sometimes I get away with, whatever my wife wants is fine with me..Not often though. Most times the Wife knows right away if the Husband will approve on choices..
My biggest struggle is my personal home and choice of style..My husband likes a more contemporary look and I favour traditional..SO, we have compromised on the what we call modern vintage and combined both..We really just argue about colour now!
Hi Shelley!
This is such a great topic, and I am so glad to see your comment. They say you can teach best from where you are learning the most in life – so your clients can relate to your struggle and be more mindful and aware in their design decisions. Thanks so much for being here! xo
