A Fun Tool for Choosing Paint Color: HB Paintbrush

My last several blog posts have been all about how to choose a color and each of the critical components involved with doing so. As I have mentioned before, avoiding the pitfalls of selecting the wrong colors involves much more than simply trekking down to the hardware store and picking out your favorite paint chips. [...]

The "Sky" is the Limit: Decorating with Its Colors (Part 2 - Sunny Skies)

I live in the lively resort town of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. • Hi Kimberly! I stumbled upon your nice cheerful blog tonight while surfing through others…..what cool ideas on here!
I was very intrigued by the pops of yellow! Dont have much yellow in our color scheme, ours is much more like the scheme in the ‘beach cottage’ photo…..but oh my gosh when I saw those HOT PINK COUCHES and sunny pillows!!! oh my gosh……I am lovin that!! Not sure I could talk hubby into that color scheme for our living though!
Anyway, enjoy your blog and will sub. I have just created a new blog, please come visit when you can. I have had no visitors as yet

Thank you so much for your website! We just bought our first home and the master bedroom walls are yellow. I had no clue how to decorate the room with the yellow walls. Or even what style I would like with the yellow walls. But thank goodness for your talent because I got some great ideas! I especially love the room with the caption that reads “These yellow walls are warm and inviting. Photo from Elle Decor.” That is totally my style. Now I just have to figure out what color curtains to start out with. You rock!
